Breath + Shoulder Drop

Most beauty pros hold their shoulders up without realizing it. This exercise combines a slow inhale with a purposeful exhale and drop of the shoulders, helping release stored tension, especially around the traps and neck.

Use this between clients, at the color bar, or while standing at your station waiting for a toner to process.
