Through Industry Aligned, Jenny and David empower beauty professionals with holistic health insights via innovative training programs. They tackle physical strain head-on, advocating for longevity and resilience in the beauty industry. They also address specific health challenges faced by women in salon work, supporting a community committed to health and longevity, both in their professional careers and personal lives.

Specializing in biomechanics, exercise science, restorative therapies, and various non-traditional methods, he firmly believes in the inherent capability of every beauty professional. He is committed to guiding them towards realizing their full potential.

Having spent two decades in the beauty industry as a hairstylist, I've identified a significant gap in prioritizing physical health and career longevity.
My goal is to empower beauty pros to maintain control over their careers, ensuring they don't face premature departure due to physical breakdowns.
